Tony Wood
Garden Volunteer
With us since our founding, Tony Wood is one of our veteran volunteers. He brings hard work and commitment to the team, working tirelessly to keep the garden tidy, safe and organised. He has a can-do attitude and loves to see the garden being used by lots of different groups. Tony’s commitment means the garden can open 7 days a week, ensuring we are accessible for residents and the general public.
Brian Millborne
Garden Volunteer
Brian pops in several times a week and can often be seen repairing a lawnmower, fixing various tools or sharpening blades. His engineering background gives him a keen eye for how we can keep tools and buildings well maintained. Brian also brings his Metal Detector with him and has found several interesting objects on site such as Victorian buttons and buckles, alongside many screws, hinges, nails and such like.
Robbie & Barbara
